The Opteria Method

How we structure AI projects — from identifying high-value workflows to production deployment.

Most AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of poor scoping, unclear success criteria, and underestimated integration effort. The Opteria Method is our answer: a four-phase process that takes you from idea to running system without the usual false starts.

The four phases

1. Identify — We map your workflows and find the three to five processes with the highest AI leverage: high repetition, structured inputs, measurable outcomes.

2. Validate — In a one- to two-week sprint, we build a working prototype. Not a slide deck, not a proof-of-concept on paper — a real agent processing your actual data.

3. Implement — The validated prototype becomes a production-ready solution: error handling, logging, monitoring, integration with your existing systems.

4. Operate & Improve — No project ends at go-live. We measure performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and continuously develop the solution.

Why it works

We are engineer-led: every project is run by experienced software engineers who both design and build the solution. Shorter feedback loops, more realistic estimates, and systems that actually work in production.
